A bit about you: You are kind, playful, dependable, and can be firm when needed. You are a confident, safe driver. Our children’s school is 30 mi from our home so safety is paramount. You have open communication and are not afraid to ask questions. You enjoy creativity and sharing in children’s interests. Job Duties: Pick kids up from their school (in Loma Linda, 92354) and bring them home, ensure safety (no texting while driving), sometimes provide transportation to extracurricular activities/appointments, homework help, kids’ meal prep for dinner, light tidying after meal prep, light dishes, and communicate with parents when needed. Position Highlights: W-2 Payroll Accrued Sick Pay Federal Paid Holidays Gas Mileage Reimbursement Qualifications: 2 years minimum childcare experience, including 1 previous nanny position, clean driving record, reliable vehicle, comfortable driving children, willing to take driving and drug screens, CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to get), willing to learn how to use an Epi-pen, basic cooking ability, able to assist with elementary homework, and able to follow instructions for allergen-friendly kids’ meals Set yourself apart: You have intermediate/advanced cooking skills, a college degree, and/or would enjoy taking the poodles on occasional walks (not required)! Schedule: Monday-Thursday (3-7p) Starts ASAP and ends 5/28/26 Pay: $24-$28 an hour **All applicants must first interview with a Jovie specialist. Qualifying applicants will meet the family prior to being hired.
