The Program Director/Administrator works side by side with the head instructor and Manager overseeing the growth of the school. People skills, communication skills and organizational skills are all a must. We prefer someone who has had experience working in the martial arts or children activity industry.
Black Belt World Burlington is looking to hire an Program Director/Administrator/After-School Teacher to manage and teach in our After-school Program/ Summer Camp.
The ideal candidate will be required to work from Monday to Friday from 2:30 PM top 6:30 PM part time or full time from 11 am to 8 PM M-F . If the candidate requires full time job, we can do so which will require administrative duties.
Key responsibilities of the job include:
- membership sales
- retention of members
- networking with local businesses, schools, community organizations
-After School Driver.
-Written and Communication English a must
Required skills:
The candidate must have prior teaching experience
Minimum of 3 years of working experience with students Grade JK to Grade 8
Proven record of English Language and math assistance to students
Ability to adapt and work in a dynamic learning environment
Criminal Background Check
Drivers License G
Possess strong communication skills
Providing strong homework support
Developing students’ elementary English, reading and writing skills, math and problem solving math
Lesson planning
Submitting daily and weekly student reports
Teaching in a small classroom setting
Motivating and encouraging students in a safe and nurturing environment
Managing daily operations
Administrative work
ECD Early Childhood Development
Afternoon/Evening hours and weekend hours will be expected.
PT 2:30 - 6:30 pm M-F // Saturday 9:00am - 2:30pm
