JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic After School Program Staff to join our team. This role is essential in providing support and fun activities for children in a safe environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for children, and experience working with children, self motivated and some basic knowledge of sports

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in early childhood education or related field is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong background in support for children.
• Ability to engage with children effectively and create positive relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with Elementary children
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Valid Driver’s License (in case of Emergency)

• Watch over children and make sure they are safe
• Providing fun ideas for games and activities; keeping things fresh.
• Help children feel happy after a long day at school.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all children.
• Collaborate with other staff to enhance the After School experience.
• Provide constructive feedback to parents.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
