Duties:
- Plan and implement engaging and educational activities for children.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
- Manage behavior effectively using positive reinforcement techniques.
- Supervise and ensure the safety of children during program hours.
- Maintain open communication with parents and guardians regarding their child’s progress.
Requirements:
- Experience working with students in a professional setting, such as early childhood education, daycare, babysitting, or tutoring.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to manage behavior and create a positive learning environment.
- Experience in sports coaching is a plus.
- Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential.
