As an After School Site Coordinator, you’ll lead a dedicated team, build strong partnerships with families, and foster a safe, engaging environment where keiki can learn, play, and thrive. About the Role As a Site Coordinator, you’ll oversee daily program operations while supporting staff and ensuring high-quality experiences for children. Each afternoon is filled with opportunities to connect, lead, and inspire through activities such as: Helping children unwind after school with snacks and structured play Supporting homework time and leading hands-on STEM activities Encouraging creativity through cooking projects and arts & crafts Supervising outdoor games, sports, and group activities Building strong relationships with families and school partners Ensuring program quality, safety, and a positive team culture Why Kama‘aina Kids? Work-Life Balance No nights or weekends. Typical hours are 1:30 PM–5:30 PM, with some sites offering optional morning hours. Competitive Pay Site Coordinators earn $22–$26/hour, based on experience.
