After-School Program Site Coordinator in Mokapu Bring your leadership and creativity to Kama‘āina Kids, Hawai‘i’s largest locally owned and operated non-profit serving children and families. As a Site Coordinator, you’ll guide staff, support families, and create a fun, safe, and inspiring after-school environment where kids can learn, play, and grow. What You’ll Do Oversee daily program operations and guide your staff with confidence and care. Welcome children after school and set the tone for a fun, structured afternoon. Support homework and academic time, encouraging focus and independence. Lead engaging activities—from STEM challenges to creative arts and hands-on projects. Promote active play through outdoor games, teamwork, and movement. Build strong relationships with families while ensuring safety, quality, and aloha in everything you do. Why You’ll Love Working Here Predictable Schedule: Monday–Friday afternoons (typically 1:30–5:30 PM). Competitive Pay: $20–$24 per hour. Hiring Bonus: $1,000 for new Site Coordinators.
