Work collaboratively with peers and our Leadership Team to share important program-related information with students, parents, and school administrators.
Train AlphaBEST Group Leaders on how to complete adventurous tasks that ignite a child’s sense of wonder.
Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by establishing clubs that build on the student’s interests and talents.
Provide a caring, family-oriented environment where positive staff, child, parent, and school relationships are fostered at your program site.
