We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible individual who loves working with children! As an After School Program Supervisor/Administrative Assistant, your main responsibility will be the supervision and care of students in our Afterschool Program. Extended duties will include administrative tasks such as answering the phone, greeting new members, assisting with membership management and general cleaning. Staff members may also be asked to assist with student pickups using one of our fully insured company vehicles. This job is great for applicants interested in the education, mentorship, customer relation or business fields.
Ideal candidates for this role will have excellent communication skills, interpersonal problem solving and reliability. This position also offers an opportunity to think creatively and bring your own personal touch to the program.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • No prior experience in Taekwondo is necessary for this role, but familiarity with Taekwondo is considered an asset
  • Prior experience in the education field is considered an asset
  • English Proficiency
  • Proficiency in a second language considered a strong asset (particularly Korean/Mandarin/Cantonese)
  • Vulnerable Sector Check / Criminal Record Check will be required
  • First Aid Certification is considered an asset
  • Full G License considered an Asset
    Preferred start date: As soon as possible
    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
    Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
