JOB SUMMARY

Bialik seeks an enthusiastic and experienced person for the role of After-school Program Supervisor at our North Toronto Viewmount Branch. Reporting to the Director, Supplemental Programs, the successful candidate will supervise the smooth functioning of the after-school program, ensuring a positive experience for the students.
Days: Monday to Friday
Hours per week: 15 - 20 hrs
Working Hours: 2:00 - 6:00 p.m. (Flexible 3 or 4 hours per day between 2:00 and 6:00 p.m.)
Remuneration: Competitive hourly rate

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Experience working with children aged 4 to 12 years old in an educational, camp or

after-care environment

• Basic computer skills, including the use of email, Excel, Google Docs and Sheets.
• Knowledge of, or experience using attendance registration software is considered an

asset

• Working experience in a supervisory role is considered an asset

• Creating and communicating daily attendance
• Tracking attendance
• Managing the after-school staff
• Tracking staff coverage and hours
• Setting up light programing such as art activities and sports games
• Work in the after-school program from 3:30 - 6:00 p.m. Monday - Friday
