Description iSTEAM After School is an innovative educational company that provides fun hands-on STEAM classes for elementary students. Children will experience science interactively via hands-on and observable experiments. Instructors will teach fully provided lesson plans related to basics of Engineering and Tech, Chemistry, Science through Art, and beyond. We are looking for people who will share our passion for hands-on erichment education. What you will be doing: Deliver provided lesson plans related to Engineering & Tech basics, Chemistry, Science through Art, and more Engage students in hands-on, interactive experiments Create a fun, safe, and supportive learning environment What we are looking for: Experience working with a group of kids is required (can be in school setting, summer camp, before/after school, etc.) Effective classroom management skills Punctuality, professionalism, and reliability Access to a reliable form of transportation Spring 2026 Session Details: Session Dates: 3/24, weekly for 8 weeks Class Days: Tuesdays Class Time: 3:30 - 4:30 Pay Rate: $70 per class The pay rate for this position accounts for approximately two hours of work, including 1 hour class time, necessary preparation, and clean up. We provide comprehensive training materials, including the full curriculum, step-by-step lesson videos, and all classroom supplies. Instructors receive support from our Program Coordinators throughout the session.
