ob description: Job Type: Part-Time Elite Learning is dedicated to providing a safe, fun, and educational environment for children in our after-school programs. We are seeking passionate After-School Teachers to engage students in hands-on learning activities and help create a positive, supportive space for every child. Schedule: Monday – Thursday: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM Friday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM What You’ll Do: Lead Fun and Educational Activities: Plan and implement creative lessons and hands-on projects that support children’s learning and development. Support a Positive Environment: Supervise children to ensure safety and promote an inclusive, encouraging atmosphere. Engage and Interact: Participate in games and activities, guide teamwork, and help manage behavior positively. Communicate Effectively: Provide updates to parents about children’s experiences and collaborate with school staff and colleagues. Be a Role Model: Demonstrate professionalism, kindness, and enthusiasm that children can look up to. Professional Growth: Attend trainings and stay updated on best practices in child care and education. What We’re Looking For: Age/Education: 18+ with a high school diploma or GED. Coursework or degree in education or child development is a plus. Work Authorization :Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Background: Must pass a background check. Availability: Able to work during the program hours listed above. Experience: Prior experience with children in classroom, camp, or childcare settings preferred. Tech Skills: Comfortable with basic technology and willing to learn new tools. Physical Requirements: Able to lift and move supplies and actively participate in play.
