Description A Classroom Tutor is required to perform the following duties: Motivate and support students in reaching high levels of academic success Maintain high behavioral expectations for all students Perform targeted individual assistance and small group tutoring Maintain frequent communication with students and their support network regarding academic progress Communicate and collaborate with teachers and school administrators Participate in staff development opportunities Ensure the security of computer equipment and accessories Uphold all school policies REPORTS TO/TERM: Principal Part Time Requirements Commitment to the mission and organizational goals of GEO Academies Two completed years of college or possess a minimum of 60+ college credits Carry a consistent 3.0 Grade Point Average

Responsibilities
