Pickleball is taking over, and we need high-energy coaches to lead our after-school programs in Minnetonka. This is a "Professional Fun Maker" role—if you are the kind of person who isn't afraid to be goofy and bring the energy to a group of kids, you'll fit right in. No prior pickleball experience is required—we will teach you everything you need to know! Why You’ll Love This Role Perfect for Students & Retirees: If you are free in the afternoons (2pm-5pm), this is a solid, rewarding gig. Paid Prep & Wrap: Arrive 30 minutes early to set up and stay 15 minutes late to check kids out—all on the clock. All Equipment Provided: We supply the paddles, balls, and nets; you just bring the energy. Flexible Schedule: We work with your availability to find the best school sites for you. Requirements Must be at least 18 years old. Must pass a background check. Reliable transportation to various school sites in the Minnetonka area. Ability to be a "superhero" to a group of K-8 students.
Responsibilities
The primary responsibility is to lead high-energy after-school pickleball programs for K-8 students, acting as a 'Professional Fun Maker' to engage the children. This includes arriving early for setup and staying late for student check-out, all while being compensated for the full time.
