· Experience in managing aftercare or post-handover activities in the construction industry.
· A multi-skilled trade background with experience in various types of building construction.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
· Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive client relationships.
· Full UK driving license (a company van will be provided).
· A commitment to ensuring all work is carried out 100% safely.
