ADMINISTRATION:

  • It is essential that all repair works are evidenced with photos/reports on our construction software to demonstrate transparency to our client and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Minimise additional and unforeseen costs by identifying who is accountable or responsible for defects and providing evidence to support this.

Competent and multi skilled Aftercare Operative to join our Aftercare Team looking after multiple projects during the 12-month rectification period. There will also be a requirement to get involved in site works to finish plots to a high standard.

  • Establishing and maintaining good relationships, providing excellent levels of customer service to our clients.
  • Review, investigate, identify and, with the assistance of the aftercare team and subcontractors, rectify defects within a timely manner. You will need to be able to work on your own initiative and prioritise tasks, in coordination with the Aftersales Manager, to whom you will report.
  • Excellent painting and decorating skills are an essential requirement as a significant portion of time will be spent repairing damaged/cracked walls and ceilings to a high standard.
  • Carpentry skill will also be beneficial

Our projects are predominantly in Shropshire however we also have projects slightly further afield within 1 hour of Shrewsbury. There will be a requirement to travel between projects on a daily basis managing and prioritising workload accordingly.
