REQUIREMENTS

Responsibilities
  • Partner with clients to understand performance needs and propose tailored aftermarket solutions, review, negotiate and renew customer contracts
  • Establish and execute effective aftermarket sales strategies and programs by cross-selling our products and services to provide after-sales service support
  • Mentor customers and internal teams on product maintenance, upgrades, parts, and service best practices
  • Build opportunity pipeline, quotes, costings and/or tenders using an ERP system and provide support to our Rep Agents, Resellers and Distributors
  • Lead technical presentations, demos, quoting, and issue resolution with professionalism and clarity
  • Build enduring relationships that fuel revenue, loyalty, and brand advocacy by visiting customer sites and reviewing spare part
