This role will focus on developing and executing strategic initiatives to expand Sika's market presence in the AGR (auto glass replacement) and CBR (crash body repair) segments, driving revenue growth and market share expansion. Main function/responsibility/competencies Strategic Planning & Business Development Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies for auto glass replacement and crash body repair aftermarket segments Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities, competitive landscape, and customer needs Create and execute business plans with clear KPIs, timelines, and revenue targets Establish strategic partnerships with key distributors, installers, and service providers Drive new product development initiatives aligned with market demands Sales & Revenue Growth Achieve annual sales revenue targets and market share objectives Build and maintain relationships with key accounts including auto glass shops, body repair centers, and distribution partners Develop pricing strategies that balance competitiveness with profitability Lead negotiations for major contracts and strategic partnerships Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions when needed Market Development & Customer Engagement Identify and develop new customer segments within the aftermarket Organize and participate in trade shows, technical seminars, and association events to promote Prepare the training to customers and distribution partners with Technical Service team Collaborate with technical service teams to ensure product solutions meet market requirements Gather customer feedback to inform product development and improvement initiatives Team Leadership & Collaboration Lead cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and technical support Collaborate with global aftermarket teams to leverage best practices and resources Work closely with supply chain and operations teams to ensure product availability Coordinate with the marketing team on promotional activities and brand positioning Mentor and develop team members to build aftermarket expertise 資格 Qualifications: Minimum 7-10 years of experience in automotive aftermarket business Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing and motivating teams to deliver high performance. Experience with adhesives, sealants, or automotive chemicals preferred Strong understanding of Japanese automotive aftermarket distribution channels Native in Japanese and Fluent in English Reporting line: VP Automotive and Industry This role will closely work with: Automotive OEM team in Japan Marketing, CS and Technical service team Supply chain Logistics Production Finance その他の情報 Applicants must have a valid work authorization in Japan.
