The opportunity

You’ll help guests personalise and protect their BMW or MINI, guiding them through suitable aftermarket products and accessories with clear, confident advice.

From your first introduction through to delivery, you’ll make the process feel considered, personal and effortless.

In this role, you will:

• Discover what matters to each guest and recommend products that suit their vehicle, lifestyle and needs.
• Explain product benefits, pricing and options clearly so guests can make confident decisions.
• Achieve sales targets through strong relationships, product knowledge and consistent follow-up.
• Coordinate with sales, service and delivery teams to ensure every promise is followed through.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure products are arranged in time for delivery.
• Notice opportunities to add a thoughtful personal touch and make a guest’s day.
