The ideal candidate is self-motivated, honest, dependable, and friendly, with a strong work ethic. • Build positive relationships and clearly communicate with customers • Maintain a professional image • Be a positive part of the LCM team Job Description Aftermarket/Consumables Specialist will transport materials and chemicals to customers. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with safety regulations, maintain accurate delivery records, and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: Transportation of Chemicals: Safely load, transport, and unload chemicals to designated locations, adhering to all local, state, and federal regulations. Inventory: Responsible for keeping an accurate count chemical used and stored in the warehouse Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and procedures, including proper handling and emergency response for hazardous materials. Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of the delivery vehicle to ensure optimal performance and safety standards. On-Farm Testing: Chemical titrations and wash-ups on customers’ farm, when needed. Other Duties as assigned Ideal Candidate Skills: · Valid driver’s license with ability to maintain throughout duration of employment CDL LICENSE + HAZMAT REQUIRED (LCM willing to help with the candidate) Ability to lift heavy loads (50lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks Willingness to complete Lely Certifications Collaborate & assist with install/service/ sales colleagues when needed Ability to meet safety standards
