Answer incoming calls and assist customers with aftermarket parts selection and cross-referencing. Source parts through multiple vendors to ensure availability and competitive pricing. Follow up on orders and proactively communicate status updates. Respond to customer inquiries and recommend alternative or upgraded solutions when appropriate. Maintain familiarity with aftermarket brands, supplier programs, and pricing structures. Utilize cross-reference tools to match OE numbers with aftermarket equivalents. Record departmental data and recommend efficiency improvements. Document product performance feedback and suggest improvements. Educate customers on purchasing options, returns, and credit terms. Provide troubleshooting assistance and application support. Process orders accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Build strong relationships with fleet customers focused on uptime and cost control. Set an example of professionalism and positivity. Maintain an orderly and safe working environment. Additional duties as assigned. Work Environment & Physical Abilities: Activities require a full range of motion including handling and lifting, manual and finger dexterity, and eye-hand coordination. This position may require standing, balancing, bending, or stooping for prolonged periods of time. Corrected vision and hearing within normal range required. Ability to work under stressful conditions or irregular hours. Required Education, Experience, Knowledge & Skills: High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license and MVR in good standing. Knowledge of diesel engines, gas engines, drivetrain, and suspension systems. Heavy and medium-duty truck industry experience.
