EDUCATION / TRAINING

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Required:

  • Five or more years work experience;
  • Working knowledge of SAP and or LN is a plus;
  • Solid business acumen – commercial understanding of customers buying behaviors and necessary sales efforts for large capital equipment purchases;
  • Strong competency in pricing strategy, analytics, principles, and techniques;
  • Experience with / and the ability to incorporate various regional competitive differences into pricing proposals;
  • Advanced use of financial modeling / analysis tools (P&L, ROI, EBITDA, Value Pricing); Knowledge of PowerBI is a plus;
  • Demonstrates a high degree of inquisitiveness and critical thinking skills to solve complex problems;
  • Self starter;
  • Strong communication skills that transcend regional boundaries and cross-functional teams;
  • Ability to motivate peers to successfully support information / work requests on your behalf in support of pricing proposals;
  • Ability to work in a team environment and interact with employees at all levels of the company;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel demonstrating proficiency in the use of data tables, macro’s is a plus, criteria based formulas, and other analytical functions;
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments / projects within tight time constraints.
