Responsibility/Job description;

As the ASAM you will perform all of the following activities from time to time, and travel extensively to support these activities:

  • Be the primary point of contact for our existing customers, to ensure the customers have the supplies and services they need to succeed in their day-to-day operations of Nikon SLM Solution’s 3D printers.
  • Achieve aggressive sales targets quarterly and for the fiscal year.
  • Develop a pipeline of ongoing sales, quarter by quarter, of aftermarket items and services to achieve all sales targets. (typically 4x the target).
  • Build long-term relationships to foster support and build customer capacity to work effectively and efficiently using our products.
  • Take responsibility for the sale of aftermarket parts, supplies, service contracts, training products, machine upgrades, and any other solutions offered by the service department.
  • Work closely with machine sales account managers, territory managers, channel partners, and business development representatives in an international and diverse environment to sell Nikon SLM Solutions products and services.
  • Work together with project members, service department personnel, machine operators, and all relevant Nikon SLM Solutions departments to support internal projects relevant to the APAC customer base.
  • Contribute significantly to the company’s success through sales activities leading to revenue intake, and through advancement of the company’s image in the eyes of our customers.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and any other relevant information. Document these things in our customer resource management system of record, C4C.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the company to support sales of our products and services.
