You will play a pivotal role in supporting sales processes, maintaining customer records, processing orders, and ensuring timely responses to customer enquiries from representative agents, resellers, distributors and end-users. Key responsibilities will include: Coordinate and support sales activities across the WA aftermarket business Prepare and submit accurate quotations and respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner Enter, process and confirm customer orders Expedite orders to meet delivery commitments Maintain product sales records and customer account data Support internal and external stakeholders including agents, resellers, distributors and end-users Provide high-quality account support and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction Accuracy, attention to detail and responsiveness are essential to maintaining customer confidence and protecting margin integrity. You are organised, customer-focused and confident in managing sales processes and customer accounts.
