What you will be doing Are you someone who enjoys building relationships? You will become the trusted link between our customers, service engineers, sales team and operations, ensuring customers receive the right solution, the right parts and the right support, every time. As an Aftermarket Sales and Service Coordinator you will take ownership and anticipate customers needs from spare parts and service quotations through to warranty support, field service scheduling, order management and customer communication. You will be solving problems, coordinating priorities and helping some of Australia's largest industrial businesses keep their operations running. You will take ownership of the customer journey from enquiry through to delivery by: Being the trusted first point of contact for customers, providing outstanding support across spare parts, repairs, service, warranty and technical enquiries Coordinate the end-to-end aftermarket sales process, from preparing quotations and processing orders through to service delivery and customer follow-up Partner with Sales, Service and Operations teams to ensure customer needs are met on time, every time, while building long-term customer relationships Drive operational excellence by maintaining accurate customer records, managing ERP systems, and continuously improving processes and customer experience Contribute to business growth by identifying aftermarket opportunities, supporting contract renewals, and helping deliver exceptional service that keeps customers coming back You are someone who enjoys making things happen. You thrive in fast-paced environments where organisation, communication and commercial thinking all come together. You will probably have experience in: Industrial aftermarket sales and customer support Service coordination and spare parts sales with maintenance coordination Technical customer service and internal sales support Equipment servicing within manufacturing, mining, industrial equipment, engineering or technical products Mechanical or engineering support What You Will Bring Experience supporting industrial or technical customers Strong commercial awareness Excellent organisational and time management skills Confidence preparing quotations and managing customer orders Mechanical aptitude and curiosity Ability to build strong customer relationships ERP experience (SAGE highly regarded) Excellent written and verbal communication A proactive attitude and genuine ownership mentality TO APPLY, please submit your resume together with a cover letter outlining: Your experience in aftermarket sales, customer service, internal sales or service coordination within a technical or industrial environment.
