QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, in finance, business, engineering or science.
  • Previous Customer Service experience in an order processing environment/inventory control environment a must. Selling of services a plus.
  • Advanced Computer Skills, Data entry experience, MRP/ERP knowledge required.
    The compensation range for this role is $75,000- $85,000 and is eligible to participate in the company’s discretionary bonus program.
Responsibilities
  • Promotes the sale of BioDot service products in order to meet budgeted and associated service and sales goals through outbound proactive calling as well as responding to inbound service product inquiries.
  • Works cooperatively and collaboratively as-needed with field sales and service staff to promote service product sales. Contributes as an internal resource to provide product information and part numbers to sales and support staff as well as customers.
  • Creates and distributes quotes for service products. Follow-up with customer to obtain PO’s for service products and coordinates handoff to service team.
  • Follows up and processes sales qualified leads (SQL), based on information received from company trade shows, marketing campaigns, telephone inquiries and other sources. Additionally, nurtures the existing install base to promote and sell BioDot service products. Develops list of prospective customers on a local level.
  • Exhibits excellent proactive pre-call planning and follow-up skills.
  • Maintains and updates company and customer data as requested in PipeDrive and other asset management tools
  • Must have a solid understanding of the complete product portfolio in order to best understand and define customer needs. Participates in generating cross selling leads to sales colleagues to promote sales growth.
  • Creates a high level of customer satisfaction through exhibiting both technical acumen and excellent customer skills.
  • Organizes and participates in local product shows and seminars for the purpose of promoting products and BioDot brand
  • Travel for training, sales/service meetings and the occasional trade show, customer visit may be required
