Our mechanical Engineering Team uses cutting-edge technology to design gas and steam turbines, compressors, and expanders. Partner with the best As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for: Close contact with customers defining maintenance strategy and leading internal team to respond properly to customer needs. Promote the sale of Spare parts, Field Services, Repairs, Upgrades and Training for the assigned customer in respective territories. Scout opportunities with customers to fulfill yearly operational plan and build pipeline for future years. Update and keep track of data in internal operational systems. Provide market analysis and keep the sales strategy aligned with the needs Managing complex long-term sales processes. Handling contracts involve pricing and conditions of sales, operation and maintenance. Lead “go to market” strategy for each opportunity mapped and drive internal efforts to win the deals. Organize technical sessions with customers to promote upcoming technologies added to portfolio. Be a reference for company compliance and HSE values, keeping Baker Hughes’s as known reference for these unnegotiable values in the market. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree (Engineering background is preferred) Have a minimum of 4 years of experience in sales/PM role. Be able to demonstrate fluency in Japanese language and fluency in English is preferred Experience in oil & gas and power industry with product knowledge in control equipment is preferred.
