Description

Are you a strategic sales professional with deep expertise in steam turbines or rotating equipment? We’re partnering with a rapidly growing OEM-backed organization that’s expanding its U.S. presence and looking for an experienced Aftermarket Sales Manager to drive growth across parts, services, repairs, and upgrades.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own and grow aftermarket sales for steam turbine solutions – including spare parts, field services, upgrades, and repair projects.
  • Develop strong relationships with plant managers, engineers, and procurement leaders across industrial and energy clients.
  • Lead the full sales cycle – from opportunity identification to proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and service teams to ensure client satisfaction and execution excellence.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and key client meetings.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 15–20 years of experience in technical sales with a focus on steam turbines or rotating equipment.
  • Proven success in aftermarket sales, field services, or turbomachinery solutions.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and present to senior stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of multiple OEM systems is a strong plus.
  • Comfortable with domestic travel (~50%).
