Description Boerger, LLC is an established Rotary Equipment manufacture looking to fill the role of Aftermarket Sales at our Chanhassen, MN office. This is a technical role focused on supporting existing customers, aftermarket sales needs. The position carries a flexible hybrid work model that supports an in-office and remote schedule. Below is a list of responsibilities and qualifications (sufficient experience and talent will also be considered). Aftermarket Sales Responsibilities: Provide consultative sales and technical support to customers Build customer relationships in a professional manner through solution-oriented communication, service, and support Answer and respond promptly to customer calls/emails Review and understand technical specifications, plan drawings & internal product details Accountable for ensuring orders are entered into the ERP system and CRM databases Work with logistics personnel to facilitate shipping, requirements Requirements Working experience in a technical or aftermarket sales Strong mechanical aptitude, with experience in a manufacturing environment Strong organizational and communication skills, detail oriented Comfortable with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Previous Exposure to ERP & CRM systems preferred
