Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders. 2. Consistent communication with status updates and prompt responses for customer inquiries. 3. General ability to read and interpret prints. 4. Serve as the bridge between the customer and other functional areas to satisfy customer requests. 5. Ability to balance existing and new inquiries. 6. Proficient in Microsoft suite. 7. Ensure objectives are achieved on time, within scope, and within budget. 8. Manage risks and proactively resolve any challenges that arise during the process.
