At nZero, we’re looking for a dynamic and proactive Aftermarket Sales Technician to join our growing team. This role is key to ensuring our customers receive ongoing value long after their systems are delivered — through tailored spare parts solutions, seamless service support, and exceptional follow-through.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in directly handling clients with any commercial queries
  • Ability to read and understand Technical drawings / P&IDs
  • Competency in Office 365
  • Excellent numeric and analytical skills
  • Full/clean Driving licence
  • Small Project/Internal Sales Management experience
  • Very high attention to detail
  • Good communicator (written/verbal).
  • Good interpersonal skills – able to gain confidence & trust of our clients.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure every System Integration Project leaves nZERO facilities with a comprehensive Spare Parts List.
  • Work closely with customers to ensure sufficient budget allocation for spare parts.
  • Tailor spares offerings to meet unique customer needs.
  • Identify sales opportunities from our installed base and existing customer relationships.
  • Follow up directly on spares and service quotes to close sales.
  • Review Service Visit Reports to uncover upsell and replacement opportunities — maximizing Self-Generated Sales (SGS).
  • Support timely payments and maintain healthy cash flow terms.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction with a professional, proactive approach — driving repeat business.
  • Help develop and manage a Strategic Spares Offering Service.
  • Monitor and maintain minimum stock levels for service consumables.
  • Make it easy for customers to buy from nZERO — reduce friction, increase trust.
  • Propose and support marketing initiatives to grow sales.
  • Negotiate and manage supplier agreements for discounted reseller pricing.
