JOB OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our finishing department as an Afternoon Cutting Operator. In this role, you will work with a variety of materials, including Coroplast and PVC, and operate our cutting and finishing equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with CNC machines is a plus, but training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role, with potential future opportunities in printing.

• Operate the Kongsberg cutting machine, including the use of the knife and router blades.
• Run lamination machines for both gloss and matte finishes.
• Carefully review job dockets to ensure the correct size, color, quantity, and material are used.
• Prepare finished products for packaging and shipping, including generating and applying UPS waybills.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail throughout all tasks.
