POSITION OVERVIEW:

We’re currently hiring a full-time Afternoon Shift Shear Operator to join our production team. This role is ideal for someone mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and eager to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience with industrial machinery or in a manufacturing environment is an asset
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with tools and equipment
• Physically fit and capable of lifting 50 lbs and standing for extended periods
• Safety-focused, punctual, and team-oriented
• Must have reliable transportation – no public transit available to our location
