POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are currently hiring a full-time Afternoon Shift Shipping & Inventory Control Team Member to support our growing warehouse and logistics operations. This is a key role in ensuring the accurate flow of incoming and outgoing materials, as well as maintaining inventory accuracy across the facility. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in shipping, receiving, and inventory control who’s ready to grow with a reliable and long-standing company.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in shipping, receiving, and inventory control
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Forklift certification is an asset (or willingness to be trained)
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Team player with good communication and time management skills
• Must have reliable transportation – no public transit available to our location

• Pick, pack, and stage outgoing customer orders with accuracy and care
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments; verify contents against purchase orders
• Perform inventory control duties, including tracking, adjustments, and stock accuracy
• Conduct regular cycle counts and report discrepancies
• Maintain organized and accurate inventory records
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (training provided if needed)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to improve inventory and shipping processes
