We are currently growing our team, and are looking for an individual who is efficient, effective and able to operate in a fast-paced environment. Supervisors set the tone and lead by example. We will provide full training for all roles, so although preferred, previous experience is not required.

• Able to supervise 10-18 employees
• Demonstrate a passion for guest service and creating exceptional guest experiences
• Pride yourself on building relationships with guests and your teams
• Enjoy leading a diverse team in a fast-paced environment and develop high performance within your team
• Have strong operational experience
• Have a passion for coaching and mentoring and are comfortable delegating tasks
• Are ready to take on the full responsibility of running shifts at a busy Tim Hortons restaurant
