EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, or private school setting is preferred.

  • Proven ability to work effectively with students of varying abilities, including those requiring additional support.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact positively with students, parents, and staff members.

Responsibilities
  • Must be available to work till 6:00pm Monday through Friday.
  • Assist teachers in lesson planning and curriculum development to enhance learning.
  • Support classroom management by maintaining a positive learning atmosphere.
  • Provide individualized support to students, co-teachers and management.
  • Facilitate small group activities and assist in implementing instructional strategies tailored to diverse learning styles.
  • Engage with students during playtime and structured activities, promoting social skills and childhood development.
  • Maintain open communication with teachers regarding student progress and any concerns that arise.
  • Help close classroom ensuring an organized and clean learning environment.
  • Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
