JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support our educators in creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and experience working with children, including those with special needs. This role requires strong communication skills, classroom management abilities, and a commitment to fostering student development.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, or private school setting is preferred.
• Strong background in literacy education, math instruction, and special education practices is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to work effectively with students of varying abilities, including those requiring additional support.
• Excellent communication skills to interact positively with students, parents, and staff members.

Work Location: In perso

• Must be available to work till 6:00pm Monday through Friday.
• Assist teachers in lesson planning and curriculum development to enhance learning.
• Support classroom management by maintaining a positive learning atmosphere.
• Provide individualized support to students, co-teachers and management.
• Facilitate small group activities and assist in implementing instructional strategies tailored to diverse learning styles.
• Engage with students during playtime and structured activities, promoting social skills and childhood development.
• Maintain open communication with teachers regarding student progress and any concerns that arise.
• Help close classroom ensuring an organized and clean learning environment.
• Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
