Allen Motor Group are currently looking to employ an Aftersales Advisor to join our Ford dealership in Gillingham. Using your fantastic customer experience skills, you will keep the customer informed and consultant on their vehicles serving, answering any questions or queries they may have.

As an Aftersales Advisor you’ll have some key tasks and activities within your area of responsibility:

  • Updating customers on their vehicle and any potential work that needs to be done
  • Ensuring all recorded information is accurate and stored correctly
  • Booking vehicles into the workshop
  • Achieving set performance targets by upselling products
  • Ensuring adherence to all GDPR guidelines

This position is offered on a part time, permanent basis, Monday, Thursday and Friday 8:00 - 18:00 with 1 in 4 Saturday’s, paid at 1.5 x £15,238 basic salary and an OTE of £19500 reporting to the Aftersales Manager.

No! The key attributes and skills we look for in candidates are:

  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Great attention to detail
  • A background in customer service would be highly advantageous
  • Experience using computer software systems
