HUTCHINGS MOTOR GROUP ARE LOOKING FOR NEW POSITION OF AN AFTERSALES ADVISOR TO JOIN OUR SERVICE TEAM IN OUR FANTASTIC HYUNDAI SWANSEA DEALERSHIP.

You will join a brilliant team and report directly to the Senior Service Receptionist. This role will be both customer facing on the front desk as a service advisor and working with the workshop team in our small parts department. Your day will start with parts -working with the deliveries and serving the workshop, stock ordering and management, as well as helping retail customers. You will be an integral part in our Vehicle Health Check process and assist both the front counter and workshop to deliver a great customer experience. You will cover the front counter and help with customer phone calls for bookings, parts in stock, pre and post visit calls as well as helping customers face to face in the showroom.
You will be provided with all of the brand specific training that you will need but will have to have a proven track record of the skills required to efficiently complete the role. This role would ideally suit a candidate who has a parts background either in a factors or main dealer and wants to develop into a fully skilled Service Advisor while using the great parts skillset that they already have or someone who has worked in the the service front counter of an independent garage (understands the parts process) but is looking to move into a Franchised Retailer.
The monthly bonus is based purely on VHC redwork upsell with additional income from an uncapped service plan sales incentive making this a dream role if your skill set is delivering a fantastic customer experience and selling the benefits of correctly maintaining the customers vehicle.
