Aftersales Advisor- Burnley
Hours: Monday to Friday with shifts between 8am-5pm,8.30am-5.30pm,9am-6pm & 10am-7pm with 1 Saturday 08:30-12:30 shift per month
Salary: £26,000 + Bonus

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Having experience within a similar role is needed so someone from a Call Centre or Contact Centre position will be ideal. As the role is working within the Motor Trade; a good knowledge of the trade will be preferable but full training will be provided.
  • You must have excellent Customer Service skills, be a strong communicator and be able to present yourself in a professional manner. A background within a similar sales position will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

AFTERSALES ADVISOR ROLE:

  • Working on behalf of the dealerships as an extension of the Service Department, to help create a positive and professional impression for new and returning customers who are interested in booking their vehicles in
  • You will be tasked with making appointments for customers to come to site and following up on vehicles purchases to ensure a full and complete customer experience.
  • Predominantly focusing on handling Inbound calls but also extending to making outbound calls, processing internet enquiries and replying to customer emails.
  • Providing efficient, informative, and detailed support to incoming customers.
  • Updating and maintaining internal systems and processes to ensure accurate records are kept.
  • Earning of commission through hitting target driven KPIs and mild upselling
