Responsibilities

THIS IS A PART TIME ROLE WORKING 19.25 HOURS PER WEEK.

This is a Hybrid role working on site and also from home (the first 3 months during probation will be worked from the office full time, you will then move on to hybrid working from month 4).

FOR YOUR FIRST 2 DAYS IN THE BUSINESS, YOU’LL BE ATTENDING OUR FANTASTIC RESIDENTIAL INDUCTION ACADEMY. THIS IS AT A LOVELY HOTEL IN THE HEART OF THE NORTHAMPTON COUNTRYSIDE, WHERE YOU’LL LEARN ALL ABOUT OUR BUSINESS BEFORE YOU START YOUR NEW ROLE.

The department acts as both a sales and customer service team, accepting and handling inbound enquiries as well as telemarketing. Owing to the competitive nature of the market, the contact centre has increased its focus on outbound calling to capture customers and reduce customer attrition. The contact centre also play a vital role in ‘customers for life’ through the prospecting and selling of ‘service plans’. This is a great opportunity to come into a growing environment where opportunities to bring knowledge and experience is welcomed to help further develop the department.
