We’re looking for a proactive and passionate Aftersales Advisor to join our warranty team. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement combining both remote-working and time spent in our Support Centre in Fforestfach.
As a Aftersales Advisor you will be responsible for managing and resolving warranty claims for bikes, e-bikes, and cycling equipment. You’ll work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure all claims are processed efficiently and fairly, supporting our commitment to quality and service.

Responsibilities
  • Responding and assisting after-sales customers through telephone, live chat and email correspondence.
  • Using technical knowledge to assess and process warranty claims in accordance with company and manufacturer policies.
  • Log, track, and manage claims via internal systems, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely updates.
  • Liaise with manufacturers and suppliers to obtain authorisations, replacements, or credits.
  • Provide technical advice and after-sales support to customers regarding product faults and repairs.
  • Coordinate product returns and repairs with the workshop and logistics teams.
  • Monitor trends in warranty issues
  • Educate customers on product care, maintenance, and warranty terms to prevent avoidable claims.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
