Our team work with customers and TRS approved installers right across the South West, including Somerset, Devon, Dorset and Cornwall – helping them choose the right renewable energy solution for their project.
We are currently looking to recruit the following position –
Aftersales & Service Manager
We are looking for a motivated and practical individual to join our team as our Aftersales and Service Manager. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing all post-sale activities and ensuring customer satisfaction with the company’s products or services. This role typically involves managing the schedules of the engineering team, handling customer enquiries and complaints, and developing strategies to improve the aftersales experience and drive customer loyalty. The correct candidate will have the ability to think on their feet, have the mindset to approach problems head on and ultimately understand the needs of our customers.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented with a focus on providing exceptional service.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in the renewables, plumbing & heating or electrical industry would be desirable.
Responsibilities
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers post-sale.
  • Handling customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively and efficiently.
  • Booking of aftersales appointments
  • Helping troubleshoot potential issues with customers
  • Ordering parts/materials as required
  • Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the aftersales process.
  • Developing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
