We are looking for a confident and commercially minded leader with:

  • Proven experience of managing a busy Aftersales or Service department.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach and develop teams.
  • Experience of petrol station/forecourt management (or transferable retail/site management experience) would be a strong advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Commercial awareness and a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Competence with Microsoft Office packages.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours when required.
  • A full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

As Aftersales & Site Manager, you will:

  • Lead, develop and motivate the Service team to deliver strong results and excellent customer service.
  • Take overall responsibility whilst working with the Forecourt Manager for the operation of the petrol station and forecourt, ensuring compliance with health & safety, environmental and legal standards.
  • Oversee the Forecourt Manager in managing fuel and shop stock, staffing, supplier relationships and customer service to maximise profitability and efficiency.
  • Champion the forecourt as a key customer touchpoint, ensuring it enhances our reputation and encourages repeat business across all departments.
  • Oversee budgets, WIP, advance bookings and operational controls across the site, taking action to address variances.
  • Ensure facilities, compliance and staffing requirements are met, creating a professional and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues.
  • Act as the key leader on-site, ensuring smooth coordination across all areas of the business.
