We have recently expanded with the opening of our Romford branch and are now looking for an experienced and driven Aftersales Manager to lead our workshop operations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience as a Workshop Manager or Service Manager
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Sound knowledge of automotive repair processes
• Experience using DMS software (ideally CDK or Kerridge)

• Oversee daily workshop operations including job loading, technician allocation, quality control, and overall efficiency
• Ensure excellent customer service by resolving queries and maintaining clear communication
• Manage work in progress and ensure timely job completion
• Lead and motivate a team of technicians and aftersales advisors
• Maintain high standards of service quality and safety compliance
• Manage parts orders and stock levels
• Identify areas for process improvement and increased efficiency
• Ensure adherence to company policies and health & safety regulations
