AFTERSALES MANAGER

Location: Cardiff - Independently owned, multi-franchise dealership
Salary: £60,000 basic + on target earnings up to £75,000 (flexibility for accredited candidates)
Type: Full-time, Permanent
If you’re an experienced Aftersales professional who knows how to run a busy, high-performing service department - this role has your name on it.
This is not a stepping-stone position. It’s a senior opportunity within an independently owned, family-run dealer group with an annual turnover of £60m and a strong franchise portfolio. You’ll be leading a team of 25, driving volume workshop throughput, and ensuring brand standards and customer experience remain first-class.

• Full responsibility for Aftersales operations across service and parts
• Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of approx. 25 staff
• Ensuring brand compliance and manufacturer standards are consistently achieved
• Driving customer experience and satisfaction scores to the highest levels
• Overseeing labour and parts performance, analysing P&L and identifying profit opportunities
• Managing workflow, KPIs and performance across a high-volume environment
• Implementing and maintaining efficient systems and processes (experience with Keyloop Drive highly advantageous)
