I’m pleased to share that we are currently seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager, to join a client of mine on the stunning Guernsey, Channel Islands, to look after the service department of their Luxury and Prestige brands dealership that include Porsche, Bentley, Volvo, Mercedes, BMW, Audi and many more. This Aftersales Manager position comes with a strong salary package, relocation support, company car and many other benefits.

Roles and Responsibilities of an Aftersales Manager includes but not limited to:

• Lead and manage the Aftersales Team
• Maintain high levels of customer service at all times
• Monitor team performance, maintain and improve retention and engagement
• Monitors staff training needs, ensuring training and development plans
• Manages the day-to-day activities of the Service team

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE AFTERSALES MANAGER POSITION:

• Experience as an Aftersales Manager with prestige brands background within the motor trade
• A well-presented individual with a desire, character, and attitude to succeed.
• A strong ability to quickly establish and build rapport with our customers.
• Must be open to relocate to Guernsey, Channel Islands
