Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the service and parts departments, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency. Lead, motivate, and manage aftersales team members to achieve performance goals. Enhance customer service experiences and build relationships with clients. Analyse performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement. Manage budgets and maintain compliance with company policies and industry standards. Conduct training and development programs for team members. Stay updated on industry trends and ensure the team is knowledgeable about products and services.
