EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• 3+ years’ experience in a similar aftersales or operations role within the Plumbing Industry
• Strong understanding of plumbing products and installation practices
• Experience managing team of customer care agents or similar
• Proven Customer Service skills
• Competent in Microsoft Office and related software tools

• Day to day management of a team of 3 Customer Care Agents
• Act as the first point of contact for all aftersales technical support queries from customers, installers, and the internal sales team
• Capture detailed information for each request ensuring issue tracking and resolution
• Troubleshoot installation challenges and product-related issues, providing effective and timely solutions
• Schedule and coordinate field service visits with both internal and external technical service agents
• Monitor workloads and job progress
• Collaborate with the stock team to ensure availability of essential spare parts
• Manage and update technical product specifications across all platforms
• Liaise with quality and product development teams to feed customer feedback into ongoing product improvements
