We’re looking for an experienced Aftersales Manager who can deliver exceptional financial growth, elevate customer satisfaction, and inspire a passionate team to reach their full potential. About the Role You’ll lead our Aftersales function—Service, Workshop, and Parts—introducing structured processes and best practices to drive efficiency and profitability. You’ll take a hands-on approach to mentoring and supporting a committed team, helping them grow their skills and confidence while fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. What We’re Looking For Proven Success: A strong track record of growing Aftersales revenue and improving customer satisfaction scores. Leadership & Development: Ability to coach, motivate, and build capability within a developing team. Commercial Acumen: Skilled in managing budgets, KPIs, and driving profitability. Customer Focus: Passionate about delivering a premium experience at every touchpoint. Industry Expertise: Senior-level Aftersales experience in automotive retail (BMW experience desirable), with deep knowledge of workshop operations, parts management, and warranty processes. Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop the Aftersales team to achieve outstanding results. Implement structured processes to improve efficiency and consistency. Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service. Analyse KPIs and financial performance to maximise profitability. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. About You: Senior-level Aftersales experience within automotive retail (premium experience desirable). Strong knowledge of workshop operations, service processes, parts management, and warranty administration. Commercially astute with proven ability to manage budgets and KPIs.
