Further responsibilities are•    Manage aftersales operations, KPIs, and compliance.•    Support and develop dealer network performance.•    Ensure premium customer experience and handle escalations.•    Manage budgets, forecasts, and profitability.•    Oversee warranty processes and technical quality.•    Lead and develop teams across the network.What you'll bring A successful candidate combines strong leadership with a genuinely customer-firstapproach.
