AFTERCARE/PARTS EXECUTIVE

We are a prestige car dealership based in Hindley, Wigan, selling 180+ cars per month.
We are looking for an individual with excellent customer service skills who is highly organised. This is a fast-paced role that requires the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
• A calm and professional approach when handling customer concerns.
• A team player who thrives in a dynamic environment.
• previous experience in the Motor Trade would be an advantage
