Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with principals and maintain strong, professional relationships with suppliers and contractors.
Analyze customer data to identify upselling opportunities and support strategic initiatives that strengthen retention, increase throughput, and drive revenue growth.
Champion digital solutions to enhance customer experience and expand market presence.
Oversee supplier and contractor performance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and service standards.
Manage customer feedback channels (surveys, call centre, email) to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
Support aftersales procurement projects, driving cost-efficiency and adherence to company policies.
Develop, implement, and monitor initiatives and strategies to achieve business objectives and KPIs, including parts purchasing, financial targets, and customer retention.
